Following are the questions in the job interview :

1) Why do you want this job?

Reason of asking : Answer of this question explain clearly if the individual has been selected then how long he will continue his service with the organization. If only for earning money he wants to join then better opportunity makes him flew to another company, but if prestige , loyalty to nation , historical preference are there then it makes him to stay for long.

2) Why do you want to leave your current job?

Reason of asking : It depicts that the fault is from the company directly or from the employee side. Frequent retrenchment is a poor sign from company's end, similarly frequent job change or shifting of organization is also not desirable from the employees end.

3) Why among all participants , we would select you ?

Reason of asking : It shows how confident he is about himself and how much respect he has about others who are in same level.

4) Where do you see yourself in next five years?

Reason of asking : How futuristic he is, and how he could be bridge the gaps between today and tomorrow . Remember only imagination doesn't effective at all, it needs systematic roadmap.

5) What is your biggest strength and weaknesses ?

Reason of asking : His strongest attribute and weaknesses can be identified. But to know actual information it should be tested during conversation.

6) When you have disagreed with management decision in recent past and why ?

Reason of asking : It specks about his honesty and forthright to share concerns and issues, because no one agrees with all decisions.
