Explanation- In this goal, the methods and tools are the highlight of the executive coaching. These strategies are used to achieve the main goal to develop executives as strategic leaders to handle challenges in the fast paced business environment.
Goal 2- The most impact executive coaching is provided for efficient stakeholder management.
Explanation- In this goal, the purpose of the executive coaching is provided for efficient stakeholder management. The key foundation of a project’s success is the stakeholders hence management them is critical success factor ( CSF) for the project.
Goal 3- We give executive coaching for effective communication to be successful in their roles.
Explanation- In today’s fast paced business environment, executives lack effective communication skills. Communication not only involves speaking however it also includes active listening, empathizing, responding, effective business messages, etc. Hence, it is important that executive coaching covers this topic as the primary goal. A study shows about 35 % of the people opt for executive coaching for communication skill development.
