Describe an example of using the executive coaching technique to improve employee performance.
An executive coaching technique is used for the senior or leadership level to guide the employee in the process of their activity to reach their full potential. It is helpful for various organization to develop their leadership in the next level of the ladder in the organization.
There are different types of executive techniques to coach them in the proper direction.
1. Idea generation:
In this process, the coach sees the ideas in the discussion meeting and can visualize the employee/client's mistake and approach towards the problems or issues. Brainstorming, Mind mapping decision analysis are different approaches towards idea generation.
2. Hide and seek Technique:
Sometimes Coaches observe the employee by working them to observe the function while working in a meeting or in a group or as an individual. Then the coach guides the employee on how differently they can function towards the activities. It always helps them to improve their performance.
3.Knowledge into Action:
This is learning through working to develop a particular skill in the employee. It is based on the situation where the employee develops their skill to tackle the situation. It also knowns as a situational leader.
Above mentioned techniques always helps in the improvement of the Client performance.
