1. Coaching a team or department is the most crucial part of a managerial operation. It is important because the members of the department should know the necessary skills required. Training in a particular area makes the subordinates experts in a particular field. However, the team leader also tends to focus on developing subordinates. The development process includes training in more than one field. It helps in the development of the employees. When the employees enter the company, they have a limited skill set that the job specification demands. It is the company's responsibility to provide training and coaching to the members after they enter a particular department. It will help in person as well as organizational development.

2. The coaching process helps in the enhancement of the workforce of the company. The process also increases the morale and the satisfaction level of the employees. The employees feel that the company provides value and importance to their decisions. The coaching process also helps in building a trustworthy relationship between the employees and the management.
