For coaches who dont have experienced flow, the research gives a roadmap of the journey.

These coaches who are expert had to achieve and accomplish a level of mastery, experience and confidence so as to create the conditions for flow.

a) Much of this development and training has focused on the coaches who have practical skills and need to effectively coach their clients toward accomplishing their goals.

Through focusing on themes and patterns which emerge from studying the many experiences coaches have with their clients, some may be gained in what coaching competencies contructs these experiences.

b)  By understanding the perspective of coach, it is to be further understand what makes a successful coaching and what makes successful coaches. From this understanding, it may be a chance to incorporate discovered themes in the development programs of coaching, in turn producing more highly evolveda and highly skilled coaches.
