Qi flow indicate energy or life force which is transported across whole body through organs/meridians to balance out the body energy

1-Describe your 2 paired meridians

- Two meridians i selected are Stomach and Spleen

Stomach descends impure Qi downward to exclude out of the body

Spleen ascends pure Qi upwards to Lungs and Heart.

2-Discuss the element associated with them

- Stomach absorb food, water, minerals, nutrient, salts, fibres and maintain energy flow and lack of energy first indicates problem with digestive system

-Spleen works as important site of immunity and assimilates the food nutrients and ascends nutrients to Lungs and Heart which in turn get into blood and remaining salts and wastes are excreted through kidneys and digestive system

3-Discuss the Qi flow between the meridians and how it affects the body

Qi flow between Spleen and Stomach is very important as they are the major organs of digestion and assimilation. As food is digested and absorbed in stomach qi flow starts with absorption of food and nutrients and then descends down impure Qi and Spleen absorbs the Qi and assimilates the food and send nutrients to Heart and Lungs .Stomach effects the body by food digestion and Spleen affects by transporting food Qi, holds blood in vessals, places organs in place, maintains body temperature and immunity .

4-How does excess or stagnant QI manifest itself? (symptoms)
