ANSWER-

It happened in 2012! I used to live in Pune.

One day, my roommate's sister visited our apartment from Bangalore with her son who was 5 years old at that time. That kid was highly notorious! In the evening, we all went out for a movie then followed by a dinner.

We came back at around 12:30 midnight. I dropped my roommate and her sister outside the building and went to park the car with the kid. After parking, when we were coming towards our building, the kid started screaming and told me hold him in my lap. He asked me to look at the monster who was in front of us! There was just a security guard in front of us.Due to his notorious nature, I didn't take him seriously, so I asked him that how does the monster look like? He explained that he was covered with white bandages! I laughed and tried to scare him by saying that if he doesn't behave like a good boy, I will take him to the monster. He begged me not to do that.

After this, we entered our flat. My roommate's sister was already slept in her room so the kid didn't get a chance to meet her and he went to my room to sleep with me. My roommate chose to sleep in the hall since I used to snore. We all slept!

Morning my roommate called me in his sister's room and he was all tensed. I looked at his sister and she was terrified. I got scared and asked her repeatedly what happened?

She told us that she woke up at 2:45 am to get water from kitchen. In the hall, she saw a person sitting on the sofa and looking at my roommate who was sleeping right below the sofa. When we asked her how the person looked like? She told that "He was wrapped with white bandages all over" This scared the happen out of me. Wondering why? This was the exact description of the monster given by the small kid who didn't tell anything to her mother at night. There is no chance she saw a dream!

There was a rumour about our society that few buildings are haunted but we like the courageous youth of today didn't give a shit. After this incident we shifted the flat after 2 weeks.

The only thing that I am still unsure is: Why I couldn't see the monster when the kid saw it?
