* Time will be saved. Any information can be updated very fast.

* Easy to find or search information.

* The data will be secure and safe.

* Easy to share the data.

* The data will be legible, etc.

Essence of sharing concerns about client with a supervisor:-

* Sharing concern is important to make changes if necessary and to provide better care.

* It is also helpful for early identification of new problem,so that we can prevent and provide better care.

* By sharing concern with the supervisior gives easy ways to solve problem,and provides necessary equipments if needed, and provides suggestions if any change requires.

* If patient needs are insufficient, she arranges equipments and if it's not available she will adjust from other department and informs higher authority, they will make sufficient equipments,etc.
