The role of a health care patient becomes more important when one faces a critical situation or deal with uncertainty. Their responsibility is to bring no harm to the organization and the patients. When any new ideas or practices are commenced many ethical problems and oppositions come . They have to tackle everything.

When I m in the shoes of a health care manager or if I be given the role , I would patiently explain the pros n cons of the decisions taken with clear proof in practical. Or I also suggest any alternatives for the oppositions. And most importantly ethical reasoning to decide on the course of action.

It is must to reveal if the nurse come in contact with HIV+ by any chance or if they are tested positive. Nurses are equally important in serving the patients when compared with doctors. So their health n hygiene also play a major role in recovery of the patient they come in contact with.
