For the ethical decision making the healthcare professionals should reevaluate the factors which affects the decision making process. These factors includes such as socioculture consideration ( race, ethnicity, gender), some of the legal implications, rules and regulations of the healthcare organizationsorganizations etc. The steps can be involved as:

• Determining the situation and it's need.
• Evaluation of the circumstances and methods that can be implemented.
• Steps that can be taken on the account by following principles of ethics.
• Implement the decision that has been taken.

The healthcare professionals should include the four principles of code of ethics while decision making. The principles are:

• Autonomy: This should be considered while decision making. The patient's right should not be violated.
• Beneficence: The decision should be benefited.
• Non-maleficence: Patient should not be harmed by the decision.
• Justice: Patient should be treated equally.
