- low salary: due to low salary in the country, they are changing their workplace to some other country with high salary leads to shortage.
- limited enrollment if nursing student: due to limited enrollment of nurse student in the colleges leads to production of limited nurses. Due to increase demand of nurses in health care are not meeting by these limited nurses.
- nurse burnout: some of the nurses, after the completion of study, they started working as a nurse. They understood the working culture and do not like to continue leads to change their profession.
- career and family: the female are more in nursing field. They also undergo meternity time to make the family. This leads the nurses to stop working leada to shortage.
- violence and lack of respect:the violence and lack of respect in the workplace leads the nurses to stop working and change their profession.

Answer. The strategies that can keep while recruitment for the retention of staff are
- high salary
- good workculture
- give proper leaves
- clear communication regarding the duties
- prevent overburden
- provide training to the staff to increase their skills and knowledge
- provide more flexible work schedule
- provide propertunities for career advancement.

Answer. Most of the staff turnover are to unsatisfied rules or dominant by the leadership and the management. If the management is not providing proper facilities for the staff, no opportunity to advance their skills, overburden leads to turn over of the staff. So the management should provide proper facilites to prevent from turnover of the staff.
