Skilled nursing care, personal care, Activities of daily living (ALD)instrumental activities of daily living (IADL)home health care, health maintenance organization (HMO)..

Residence may be charged for private room,unless medically needed,special food,telephone,TV,radio, personal comfort items,personal reading materials, social events and activities beyond the activity program.. special care services not included in the facility medicaid payment..

Medicare is the federal health insurance program for people who are 65 or older..

Part -A inpatient hospital stays,care in a skilled nursing centre, hospice care,and some home health care..

Part B- medical insurance include doctors services, outpatient care, medical supplies and preventive services

Part c- medical health plan offered by private company

Part D_ prescription drug coverage, some Medicare cost plans,sone Medicare private fee-for- service plans
