ANSWER
Q:-Discuss the interrelationship between cost, access, and quality in the delivery of health services. Briefly describe the impact of each measure on positive patient health outcomes.
Cost , access and quality are interrelated when its compared with the health care services because advanced and interventional procedures are costly not because they pay it as doctors fees but the equipments which are used are costly. There are lot many diseases which can be cured by advanced procedures which are expensive and are not accessible to all.
To be clear about it when a patient is having rich family background they can go to a multi or super speciality hospital and can have a quality care with latest treatment facilities.Even if its not available in the current location they can just go to the country were it is available and can get it done but where a patient with poor finance can't afford it.
Q:- Under the ACA, describe a scenario of how medical providers and healthcare professionals work together to enhance the quality of health initiatives, interventions, or outcomes.
ACA helped in providing and improving health care services by providing insurance facilities for around 90% of the people in US and mostly who are not affordable for expensive charges.
The first aim is to achieve near-universal coverage to all who are needful.
A second aim is to improve the fairness, quality, and
affordability of health insurance coverage.
A third aim is to improve health-care value, quality, and
efficiency while reducing wasteful spending and making the
health-care system more accountable to a diverse patient
population.
A fourth aim is to strengthen primary health-care access while
bringing about longer-term changes in the availability of primary
and preventive health care for all.
A fifth and final aim is to make strategic investments in the public's health, through both an expansion of clinical preventive care and community investments.
These aims helping in improving quality care for the patient and improved accessibility towards all the facilities.

in providing a quality health care access to all by preventing the

team approach.
Q:-Explain your answer by integrating an example of how an ACO can
either reduce costs, increase patient satisfaction, or improve
health outcomes.
ACO's are group of health care providers who provides quality care for the patient and cost effective. They use alternative payment models, normally, capitation. They areaccountable to patients and other payers for the quality, appropriateness and efficiency of the health care provided by them .
For example They improve care by avoiding unnecessary expenditures and giving the patient the freedom to select their own health care providers. They follow an ACO model to have a better hold on cost and giving a good health outcome.
