Solutions

Expert Solution

Problems with access issues in healthcare is related with geographic, cultural, demographic and economic factors of the people. Quality issues related with patient care, physician, technology advancements etc. cost issues related with technological advancements, reimbursement policies, unwanted diagnostic procedures etc. All are interdependent and increase in any one of these resulting in increase of other.

Government run healthcare system have affordable prices but higher taxes, people have to wait for more time for their treatment and the healthcare wont turn you away. whereas, free healthcare, people need not to wait but people get turned away when they dont have enough money. no sympathy will be there.

As free market healthcare doesnot have proper proportionate in their health insurance schemes. it wont cover money for long term illness and in some major surgeries, most of the amount have to be paid by the consumer as insurance amounts. They have multiple plans or schemes which was never used by the people throughout their lifetime. Those in need have no insurance as it is of more cost.
