1. Life long learning for me:

Unlike the ordinary classroom learning, lifelong learning conveys its lessons firmly and articulately. Through this form of learning I can plan my study topics and learn to assess myself besides learning different uncorrelated lessons at the same time and in informal settings.

This is completely opposite to the normal classroom learning. Just as the learning process is different so are the lessons. Participation in a single activity in life could offer a range of lessons and deliver me in better a manner than any book would ever do.

For me personally, I began to appreciate the lessons that came with this line of work.

I also learnt of the importance of blooming wherever one is and at whatever circumstance. One should do the best of every situation presented before them

Every day, a nurse's life is different and comes with new things. There are great expectations and there are big disappointments. One minute we would be having ups and later few downs. This taught me to expect surprises from life and ensure we express our gratitude to that we treasure whenever possible.

2. Plans to build upon my nursing knowledge:

a. Cultural Awareness

Distinctive social convictions and qualities impact a patient's perspective on wellbeing, health, care, acknowledgment of and adherence to treatment, and even demise.

Understanding, regarding and obliging my patients' inclinations and requirements with respect to their individual convictions, customs and practices. Coaching from Transcultural nursing society will help me here.

b. Polished methodology

Polished methodology and a nursing aptitude contains regard, demeanor, respectability, duty, and order.

c. Meticulousness

Attention—noticing non-verbal signals from your patient just as hearing their expressed words. This aides my patient feel comprehended, not simply heard. It additionally encourages me tune in on their implicit concerns and needs.

d. Basic Thinking

Aptitudes that help bring these into equilibrium will make my life a lot simpler. Basic reasoning incorporates data, proof, results, and encounters, and makes an interpretation of them into powerful plans and answers for patients.
Keeping current with the discoveries of expert diaries and becoming engaged with my office's quality improvement measures. These are only two different ways that you can extend my basic reasoning abilities.

e. Empathy

a. A position as Registered Nurse in health care facility where top notch educational and training achievements can be put to use in addition to interpersonal skills, and providing high quality healthcare service to the public.

b. Providing quality support to other professionals such as doctors and surgeons

c.Certifications in mental health and desirous of getting a position in government medical facilities.

d. Gaining opportunities to expand practical experience and at crisis management skills and at the same time discharge duties effectively.

e. Utilization of my skills, knowledge and expertise in fulfilling the above will be a personal daily goal to achieve.
