Ans. I would choose a rehabilitation center if I've to choose among the given options.
A. Rehabilitation has been chosen because it minimise the disabling if an individual who've experienced a chronic disease and make people realise their worth to keep them mentally strong. It reduces the impact of a broad range of health conditions. Also it complement other health interventions like medicinal and surgical interventions, helping to achieve best outcome possible.
Generally people do not bother about the rehabilitation after any major disease due to mental exhaustion. That's why it is getting ignored by patients. Though rehabilitation should be done properly to prevent further damage to the body.
B. The most challenging part is lack of interest of the individuals towards rehabilitation. If client will not be interested in the treatment then what another person can do to help him.
To tackle this challenge a rehabilitation counseling for the needed patient is very necessary. Even not only the patient but also his family should attend the councilling so that they can also assist in patient's rehabilitation process at their home.
C. To improve participation in rehabilitation. Councilling should be done before and after the treatment of chronic disease so that patient could be insured that the after effects of his treatment can be reduced and prevented if he takes perfect steps.
