According to him,in the field of education, inputs are school resources and quality of teacher. The amount of time, money, attention devoted to students will affect how much they learn and their achievements.Hanushek distinguished two inputs that significantly contributed to students achievement that investments made by teachers and investments made by family.Outcomes of the education is valued by the quality of the teachers, such that,in terms of performance of the student.
I agree to the idea of Hanushek personally.Because education is not only aquiring knowledge but also acquiring quality of life.A teacher can direct student in a right way.
