In case of coagulation disorders there variety of risk factors.For the different health issues may occur as complication.such cases effective nursing assessment is required.The need for more integrated multidisciplinary approach is required to care for the individual with bleeding disorders or clotting disorders.

Evidence based adaptation needed to successful evaluation.

For identification of hematological disorders diagnosis measures should be taken.like

• Complete blood count
• Bleeding time
• Blo
• Clotting time
• aPTT
• PT INR
• Hb count
• Platelet count etc

Management may includes

• Pharmacotherapy
• Bloodtransfusion
• Gene therapy

Pharmacotherapy includes antifibrinolytics.medicinescare used with replacement.

Pain medication and steroids are required to treat swelling and pain.

• Nurse must watch for complication like compartment syndrome.
• Watch for bleeding band hemorrhage
• Check for allergic reaction to be infused.
• Development of treatment related inhibited to factor VIII and factor IX.
• Prevention and control of bleeding
• If epitaxis present provide first aid management.
• Provide therapy at on time
• Watch for complication like bleeding
• Monitor vitals to know hypotension.
• Maintain the medication therapy on time.
• Follow doctors orders
• Meet patient need
• Provide effective nursing care.
• Routine blood investigation should be performed.
