hello, i am a professional nurse who is designated to provide direct health care services for the patients in terms of prevention of illness, promotion and restoration of health. the nurse is responsible for admission, initial assessment, daily assessment, assisting and performing invasive and non invasive procedures, meeting the nutritional, elimination and activity needs, transport, referral, rehabilitation and discharge.

occupational therapist helps in developing and restoring skills related to physical and mental ability and social skills training. these therapists helps the patient to develop and restore the skills required to lead a quality life and earn for themselves through referrals to various factories and industrial centres.

dietiticians help the patient in planning a helalthy nutrition to balance the heath and teach on various diet pattern that could benefit the health of patients. dietician also prepares menu plan for each patient depending on the need or condition. calorie requirement would be charted foe each patient based on the disaese condition.
