Knowledge and skills both are part of career, because knowledge is gained through reading books, assesing some work, learning from teachers, professors from schools and universities. Skills are gained through practices upon applying knowledge of specific area like finance, economics to specific point of level.Skills make person perfect as it is achieved by gaining knowledge and applying that to concerned field.

The new knowledge and skills are achieved throughout academic career. This sharpen our thought, clarify our doubt which increase capability of accomplishing any task related to it.Some specific training are we take in schools, colleges which help us to complete these tasks.

Let say In our schools and colleges we are given data presentation skill, data formatting, Financial business simulation, SPSS techniques, Excel work, SAP ficco, SAP sale etc. Thses skill and training help students in their forthcoming academic careers like in Master degrees, Post doctorate or any research fields or at any Job work they will do in future.

What we learn from our Peers:

While working with peers, Our thoughts are also improved as so many subjects concerned discussion are we face.
