Multi-vitamin 1 tab oral daily
The multivitamin used to treat or prevent vitamin deficiency due to poor diet, certain illnesses, or during pregnancy. Vitamins are important building blocks of the body and help keep you in good health.
Before administering multivitamin , the patient must be assessed
for any nutritional disorders with an evaluation of baseline
hemoglobin, iron,hematocrit, WBC and RBC count with protein and
albumin levels.Physical examination includes:
• Anthropometric measurements–
Height,weight,tricepsskinfoldthickness,mid-armmuscle
circumference

4.multivitamins are not expected to cause serious side effects. Common side effects may include: upset stomach; constipation and nausea.These effects are usually temporary and may disappear as your body adjusts to this medication.

6.After a few weeks of employing your supplement regimen, schedule an appointment with your physician. Request to have your blood tested for vitamin deficiencies. Then, schedule a follow-up visit for a couple of months down the road to test the levels again and ensure the deficiency is gone.
