The nursing assessment should be performed regarding each medication are-
i- collect patient medical history
ii- know important facts like how the injury occurred, nature of the disease, etc
iii- provide reassessment.
The patient should provide correct information about the disease and the family should be present to show the support to the patient at the time of his treatment so that the patient recovers as soon as possible.
Medication’s effectiveness can be evaluated by-
i- Asking the patient how he feels after the treatment.
ii-Asked the patient's family if they have provided the best facilities or not.
Amlodipine is a medication that is used to treat high blood pressure and coronary artery disease. The patient should not be given this medication in case of heart failure and should be used only if the other medication is not sufficient to treat high blood pressure and coronary artery disease.
Aspirin and dipyridamole is a medication used to reduce the risk of stroke in people.
Atenolol affects the heart and circulation and is used to treat chest pain and high blood pressure.
Clonidine is a medication used to treat high blood pressure and is used by mouth or by injection,
