- The effect of ISO Certified 9000
survey effect had been in China.
- An Economic census of the Service
Indutry had been conducted in China by the National Bureau of
Statistics in 2008.
- When the number of ISO 9000 had
been increased, the proportion related to small and medium industry
appeared to be stable. This was the findings of this survey.
- To satisfy the Customers demand,
the small and medium industry in manufacturing, service sectors and
construction sectors has been certified by ISO 9000.
- The certified industry had achieved
some benefits in attracting the new customers, internal management
operations and also in existing customer relationship.
- The certified industry should
improve their relations with the subcontractors. This was the

INTRODUCTION
AND PURPOSE:
- The ISO 9000 series of quality
management systems standard has been widely applied all over the
world since its introduction in 1987.
- By the end of 2013, ISO 9000 had
been adopted by over 1,129,000 facilities in 189 countries.
- Both academics and practitioners
are interested in understanding the relationship between adoption
of ISO 9000, and other factors (Christmann & Taylor, 2006; Du,
Yin, & Zhang, 2016; Fikru, 2014a, 2014b, 2016; Nakamura,
Takahashi, & Vertinsky, 2001; Pekovic, 2010; Wu, Chu, &
Liu, 2007).
- In 2008, the National Bureau of
Statistics of China conducted an Economic Census of the service
firms.
- The effect of ISO Certified 9000

METHODOLOGY:
- This study is based on the mixed
method research approach.
- In this method, the employees who
are already hired will come under explaratory stage and the survey
will come at descriptive stage.
- This research mainly focused with
two half-structured in depth interviews.
- We used this method to provide
additional information about the ISO certification 9001 of Bulgeria
and also their relation to both external and internal
benefits.
- For this purpose we developed some
questions based on their personal experience in ISO 9001
certification in Bulgeria and also about the previous
research.
- These methods will help to know
about the benefits of ISO certification for the industries.
ANALYSIS AND
FINDINGS:
In this literature, we already
mentioned about the findings of ISO 9000 Certified series. More
findinds other than that are:

DESCRIPTIVE AND
INFERENTIAL ANALYSIS:
The descriptive analysis are
performed on the following analysis:
- Frequencies of variables
- Percentage of variables
- Measures of central tendency
- Measures of dispersion (Variance
and standard deviation)
The inferential analysis are
performed by the following analysis:
- Chi-square
- Pearson's r
- t-test
- ANoVA test
The results of this analysis is
concerned in four areas. They are
- Framework results
- Forecasts
- Execution measurements
- Respondent Demographics
- Execution Exercises
ANALYSIS OF
DESCRIPTIVE AND INFERENTIAL STATISTICS:
- The environmental variables were
popular while affecting this exploration
- The socioeconomics respondent
states that this were equalization over the elements.
- There were some of the reactions
that came from this analysis. They are:
- 63% from private company and 37%
from more number of other business.
- If the company is 9 years or less
than 9 years the percentage will be 53% and if it is more than 10
years the percentage will be 47%.

continuous improvement for the execution while 40% improved the
TQM, SPC lean, and Six sigma.

applied for quality honours.
- They can't said to be a stratified
example of the populance on the grounds while socioeconomic of
whole populance was unknown.
- No patterns were get popular that
will cause concern.
LIMITATIONS AND
DIRECTIONS:
- This ended by the identification
with the execution exercises.
- The 3 exercises used by this
execution were Documentation system, Training and External
consultants.
- These are the exercises which
reduces the rating and utilization.
- In this three, the training had
more connection with different qualities.
- This process had no sound on
preparing for the representatives during the process of
execution.
- This procedure will require some
sound on different segments.
- The best idea to this is to train
the workers for different segments by explaining how the model has
been preapared and they should concentrate on every parts of the
model.
- The workers should work in a
peaceful mind, so this strategy will help to improve the ISO
9000
- The use of external consultant will
not have any impact on the framework of the results they are
producing and resulting components.
- This process states that the
Outside expert idea will not affect the certification
procedures.
- This was the limitations and
directions of this analysis.
CONSTRUCTIVE
CONCLUSION ON THIS PAPER:
- This analysis states the procedures
of ISO and result of the quality work administration
- This analysis had four advantages
to give quality result.
- It states about the full study of
ISO and their features and their utlity steps.
- This analysis also provide the
elements of executive's framework, size of the industry,
inspiration of that particular industry.
- The investigation of this analysis
states that the hierarchical exhibition are most suitable and fit
to the quality administration model and showed how the results had
been generated.
- It also investigated about the
parts of the procedure used in ISO 9000 of an quality administation
framework and business results.
- Many countries are expecting ISO
9000 to grow in every year without any diminishing in their peace
of work.
- This analysis will help some of the
associations confirm their presence into ISO and help them to
concentrate on their assets which add one more advantages to that
ISO
- This analysis helped the experts to
direct their work and improve their framework and to deal with the
good quality administartion systems.
CONCLUSION:
This paper gives the result of all
the International scientists, workers and researches in the last
two decades. The main goal of this paper is to bring Bulgeria ISO
9000 into a world map and to stand first in the ISO 9000 worldwide.
It also states the relationship between the benefits and motivation
of ISO 9001 certification.
