As the patient wants to prevent conditions like Heart disease,Hypertension and cancer i would like to recommend the patient to increase the intake of fruits with in the diet.Fruits consist of essential nutrients such as Vitamin C,pottasium,folic acid and dietory fiber.It also have wide range of antioxidants,that which may play role in heart disease and cancer.

Fruits are low in calories and rich in fiber,which prevents cardiovascular disease.Orange and pappaya are rich in pottasium,beta carotene,and will play major role in preventing heart disease.

We can prevent cancer by consuming fruits in our diet.Few fruits are the following

-Orange

-Peas

-Berries

The above mentioned types of fruits helpful in preventing Esophageal cancer.

Blood pressure can be controlled by taking citrus fruits such as lemons and grape fruit.They are rich in minerals and vitamins,so we can reduce the risk of developing Hear diseases.
