Like any other country, the Philippines must strive forward to meet the environmental, social, and economic objectives in order to create a balance between economic development, equal distribution of the economic benefit among all the members of the society, and conserve the environment for sustainable use. These are part of the 3 SDG's (Sustainable development goals) which aims to set the objectives for the nation and the effort has to be taken by each stakeholder of the society and shall contribute towards the achievement of the objectives. The economic is of prime importance but we can not bring economic development at the cost of the environment, because the economic development activities must be sustainable so that the benefits of the economic development are enjoyed by the current generation and we must preserve the resources and pass on to the coming generation. The rapid deterioration of environmental conditions has raised an alarm to make a conscious effort to move towards making the economic activity sustainable. Social objectives are to bring in better access to health care and living standard of the society along with the journey of economic development. The social objective of the SDG to bring down the poverty level and reduce the income disparity among different classes of society need programmatic intervention from the government. The economic development has to be sustainable as well as inclusive to bring in the participation from all the members of the society.
