Write a 2 to 4 paragraph summary of the interview, from the above questions.
Ans:
Approach to Managing a Project: The main task is to identify the scope of the project and make sure the each activity defined clearly. And make a good team who complete the task with specified time. And assigning the sound people in key tasks. Monitoring the project time to time.
I think the Project management isn’t a single person work it involves team work then only the project will be success. And the Project manager should have control over all activities by directly or indirectly. Every project should follow some method even it is noticed or not , I think the Waterfall method suits the project management very well compared to agile because the Agile method can be preferred for small projects.
The Project estimation and project coordination is the need in today’s market. That only the coordination the different parties , different departments and different peoples is the difficult and make them work properly and complete the tasks with specified duration.
The project/Program management will be became the top management in all types of projects in future. To manage the politics and conflicts there should be two sides for every problem. First to know the reason for the conflict or politics and destroy them form the roots. And maintain good relation with client or all persons will help to overcome them.
