MARKETING OBJECTIVES(S.M.A.R.T.):-

1.SPECIFIC:- Getting every age group customers and make the delivery process easier so that everyone can order easily and have the advantage.

2.MEASURABLE:- Check whether the home delivery is done by the delivery man is on time or not and there is no damage to the food.

3.ACHIEVABLE:- Availability of the number of employees and delivery man to deliver the food on time when there is a rush hour and the customer's give positive feedback.

4.REALISTIC:- Quality food is provided to the customer.

5.TIME-BOUND:- The company will set a 6 months time to cover at least 20 new areas for the delivery of food.

THE FOCUS OF THE PLAN:-

The focus will be both i.e., improving a specific product as well as adding a new target market to an existing service.

The focus will be to improve the quality of service and giving special advantage to regular customers so that the company can retain old customers and adding new restaurants in the delivery portal which will add new customers i.e., old age group and kids section also.
