Management in nursing practice focus on things in ensuring the nurses are coordinated in functioning well with the most advanced skills and knowledge.The management are in the levels of matrons , nursing director,nursing superintendent,nurse managers. They frame the required terms and conditions, policyfir the upliftment of the nursing future.Whereas management in general oversee the performance of these nurses and whether they stick to the organisatio's rules and regulations ,assessing their contribution in patient care and thus improving the quality and standard of the organisation.
