1, Management in nursing practice need decision making power and needs controls on the organization. management in nursing use direct patient care but have responsible for long term planning of patient care. they are also responsible for team organization and staffing. they make coordinating in the patient care continuum. it should be evidence-based health care practice. management in general in nursing practice should include overall coordination care. supervision of nursing in patient care collaboration with other management for health care services. the management process includes the management team of nurses.managament in general has a role in manage the finance and administration of doctors' offices, strategic planning, research and problem solving, etc. 2 The task which is common for both the management and leadership is working towards the goals.In management planning is initiated in orders to achieve the task whereas the leadership makes the employes to work towards the task.   

Some of the common leadership style are

-The leader acts as a commander and employees has to follow it termed to be authoritative leadership style (used in preparation of material, products)
-In autocratic leadership style the employee are supposed to do what the leader say(used in preparation of certain products)
-Involvement of the employees in decision making and freedom to work is categoried to be democratic leadership style(used in most situations)
-Laizzes Faire leadership involve the employee to work in accordance to their convenience(used when workers are in high stressful working environment)
Certain leaders coach the team categorised to be coach leadership style(to train for a specific task or performance like sports)
-Transformational leadership motivates others to work towards the goal (useful innalll situation)
The involvement of rewards for achievement and punishment for wrong deeds is transactional leadership style   Transformational leadership is an effective leadership style. because it inspires staff through effective communication and collaboration. this leadership style trust trained employees to make decisions in their jobs. it make the employees more creative and provides new solutions to many problems. they make empathy to encourage followers. their confidence, courage and willingness make good leadership. This leadership engagement with staff understands their needs and fulfill the organizational needs. their motivation makes positive changes to the staff that encourage them to fulfill their goal. it helps the staff to reach higher level of moral and motivation. it helps to make a new solution for old problems. this is effective leadership style that makes employees towards goal-oriented and positive organization otucomes
