The nursing practice requires planning, managing, implementing and controlling the task. In the nursing practice, it is very important to be careful because it deals with the life of the human. In the general management, there is not human life involved. The general management includes planning, executing and directing. But it can be performed in various ways. But nursing practice requires the method that could provide benefits to the patient as well as the healthcare organizations.
