Three general misinformation and their causes are-

a- False death rate and active cases

This may be done by the government so that the people don't panic too much for the spread of coronavirus but some people are taking it in another way and finding this the reason to go out from their home and causing the virus to spread.

b- Fake social media news

Some people on social media spreading false information just to gain popularity.

c- Some countries are spreading false information

Just because they don't want to take the blame of creating coronavirus.

2- The dangers of misinformation about COVID-19 are-

a- if any person blindly follows the false news to recover quickly, he/she might die.

b- increase in no. of infected person

c- This may make people more panic and can harm someone's life.

3- I would refer him-

a- Arogya Setu(This is not a website but an app that will help you to find the nearest distance from an infected person)

b- WHO

c- Worldometers.
