We bought some pieces of keyboard and mouse from you on the
10th of December 2018, out of
which 2 Keyboards with the model numbers, Dell - Models 9D3CBX2 and
9D3CBX3 and 3 Mouse, with model numbers- RIE201, RIE202, and
RIE203, are not working adequately. Since the accessories have a
warranty of 2 years, I request you to please replace it. I believe
I would get a quick response from you and get the accessories
replaced soon. I have enclosed copies of the order bill and
warranty card. Thanking you in advance.
