I have learn lot of things this week specially I like learned for musical instruments like violin.this my best experience in this week.am trying before lot of time but I can't to understand how to using but this week I got.and I learned some variety dishes am preparing..

1. Salmon; Not all fish is created equal

It rich antioxidant,astaxanthin,and high quality of protein,vitamins and minerals.

2. Kale ; of all the healthy leafy greens,

vitamin - eg: vitamin A and Vitamin k.

3. Seaweed; the sea has more than just fish

Vitamin - vitamin A and vitamin c,vitamin B-12

FRUITS

Apple ; vitamin A ,vitamin B1 vitamin B2 vitamin B6, vitamin c

Banana; vitamin A vitamin B1 vitamin B2 vitamin B6 vitamin c

Black berries; vitamin A vitamin B1 vitamin B2 vitamin c

* which foods should you eat more often that are rich in vitamins?

Mostly you should eat this foods ,highest in vitamins include fish,dark green leafy greens,seeds,broccoli,pork,beef,lamb,,mushrooms,nuts,egg,sweet bell peppers,avocados,peas,winter squash,and fruited this foods contain more vitamins and minerals so you should eat daily life.and drinks lot of water.

* choose one of the water soluble vitamins and one of the fat soluble vitamins from your reading as examples. What does deficiency look like for each ? What does toxicity look like?

The water soluble vitamin are vitamin C,B complex, and fat- soluble vitamins A,D,E, and K are stored in the body for a long periods of time and generally pose a greater risk for toxicity than water- soluble vitamins when consumed in excess.

WATER- SOLUBLE VITAMINS

1 Vtamin c;

Function- it prevent the infection

It is antioxidant

Sources- citrates fruites, amala,guva,orange,cabbage,coriander leafs

Deficiency: severe scurvy,poor wound healing

2. B complex vitamin

There are 12 water soluble b complex. vitamin out of which are considered essential for humans.

* B1 thiamine

Function- maintain helth nervous system

Sources- wheat gram,yeast,unpolished rice

Deficiency- beriberi

B2 Ribiflavin

Fun- it required for protein metabolism.

Source- liver,pulse,green leafy ,vegitabile

Deficiency- stomatitis,glossitis

B3 Na in

Function- it required metabolism of fat ,CHO,protein

Source- yeast,liver,rice,cereals

Deficiency- diarrhea,dementia,dermatitis

B6,pyrodixin

Function- it required for metabolism of protein essential for formation blood.

Source- wheat,gram,dried yeast

Deficiency- tremers,burning legs

B9 folic acid

Function- essential for formation of RBC in bone marrow

Source- eggiver,amaranth,spinach,

Deficiency- megaloblastic aneamia.

B12 cyanocobalamin

Function- it required for formation of RBC,RBC,and platelet

Source- liver,meat,fish,egg

Deficiency- megaloblasitc aneamia

Zinc

Function- it required for body defense immune system

Source- cereals,red meat

Deficiency- lack of zinc make a person more susceptible to infection disease.

FAT - SOLUBLE

Vitamin A

Function- required vision

Source- egg,yolk,liver,fish

Deficiency- night blindness

Vitamin D

Function- required for growth Of bone and teeth

Source- sunlight,liver,cheese,eggs

Deficiency- rickets in children,oesteomalcia

Vitamin E

Function - required for health of skin and reproductive health

Sources - cotton seed oil,sunflower,egg yolk

Deficiency- reproductive failure

Vitamin K

Function- it helps for blood clotting

Sources- green leafy vegetables,spinach,cabbage

Deficiency- it delays clotting of blood.

One common concern about vegan diet is whether they provide your body with all the vitamins and minerals it needs.

7 supplement you need vegan diet ,

Vitamin B 12, Vitamins, iodine,iron,calcium,zinc.this are very important.

* why which vitamins might need to be supplemented during pregnancy?

When you are pregnant you need more of some nutrients,including protein,folate,iodine,iron .Vitamins12 and vitamin D are also particularly important since they support the development of the the baby's nervous system ( B12) skeleton (D).
