Yes,development of healthcare policies are influenced by traditions and values.Healthcare policies are reframed or developed.So,the government started developing the healthcare policies according to the traditions and policies.There are few traditions and values which influence healthcare policies.

Previously,patient's health and money was secured by the doctors and hospitals.Even now healthcare policy is reframed where patient's health is a complete responsility of the hospital and patient's money is secured and is kept safe by insurance agencies.These insurance agencies protect the patient's money and health by assuring that the amount is  paid during emergency or after regular treatment.

In the past,people would visit only those doctors who gained patient's belief and confidence.Now,the same tradition is being followed and healthcare policy is developed in such a way that doctors should first gain patient's confidence and belief.By this,patients tend to believe and follow the treatment,medication suggested by the doctor.Doctors in the past would treat their patients by taking that particular patient's relatives into account.This value or tradition has influenced present healthcare system.Changes in the current healthcare policies are made according to this tradition. Presently,doctors need to follow this tradition.In case if a situation appears,where doctors need to treat a patient either by a surgery or by medicines,then doctor should resolve the case which benefits the relatives and the family of that patient.In those days,a patient was given a care-taker or nurse who looks and treats patient till he/she recovers from the illness.The same is again followed and healthcare policy is developed.Hospitals need to follow this and appoint a care-taker for the patient.

Hence these are traditions and values which influence the development of health care policies.All these aspects are taken into view and the policies are reframed accordingly.
