In the development of any healthcare organization a definite leadership is needed to achieve high performance and also which enhance the capabilities of its employees to improve the quality of care and its results. The leadership has to manage the uncertainty and foster or develop the cultural and behavioral changes to provide best service.
Leadership is undoubtedly a challenge because it is a long-term process in which the leader has to keep influencing his/her people towards the accomplishment of mission, like maintaining the goals of a group or an organization .
Leadershipnis a challenge for a leader person because, is a timeless work towards the making of new or restructuring the conditions and members’ perceptions and expectations.
The problems in health care systems are majorly due to the reason of poor communication and leadership by increasing the costs, or by reducing the efficiency that causes the dissatisfaction among staff and patients, which result in decreasing the patient satisfaction .
