Thirdly, a preschool teacher needs to be aware of the different learning styles and different learning speeds of the learners thus designing a curriculum which is more flexible and would meet the needs of all the students. Fourthly, it’s the responsibility of the teacher to create a positive and favourable environment where all the students help each other by interacting and completing the tasks in groups without any difference. Finally, a preschool teacher needs to be in touch with the parents in order to report about the child’s overall progress, provide suggestions to the parents to understand the child well and help the child at home and finally to collect genuine feedback in order to improve oneself.
