Confidence, communication and team building are most important leadership improvement areas because without these qualities a leader can’t handle his/her team effectively.
Leader must be confident on this /her work or decision. Because his/her confidence inspires trust and helps them to present themselves and their company & workers also. Leaders have to confidence within to make important decisions and also stick on them for there completion. There is lot of pressure in the workplace but a good leader has to be goal oriented and to be decisive & confident about hos/her work.
The leader must be good communicator. they must know how to explain company mission, vision to their employees. Good communication skills help the leader to make daily task done & facilitate the workplace conversation. Leader also be able to communicate and explain effectively about the job description of the someone before hired them in the company. So this is why a leader must be good communicator to lead a team.
A good leader can build his/her team in a productive way by knowing team skill they need to success. Leader must have to assess the team for their skills for giving them a position on the basis of their skills. Leader also have to arrange for proper training and certification when needed for improvement the skills of their team.
