This research spoke about the effect of masculinity over nursing care. The main aspect included was the gender bias present in nursing profession and it's effect on nursing care.
For the longest time nursing has been predominantly considered as an area for feminism at large which is dominated by only one gender of society which may lead to lack of development for the other section of the society.
Due to increased preference of females over males in nursing has lead to a sense of anxiety and lack of interest within this sector.
Lack of information regarding ,male contribution towards nursing profession can be considered as an essential cause for large scale discrimination.
Some of this gender bias is unrecognized and uncounted due to lack of reporting and recording along with lack of knowledge regarding ways in dealing with such a situation.
These Researches have then lead to a array of new questioning regarding these endless discrimination which in regard wmay lead to professional underdevelopement.
There must be a setting to encourage male contribution to nursing area of practice.
Today's advancement in nursing practice has lead to large involvement of male counterparts into nursing care.
There are large opportunities for them into the nursing service of practice which has encouraged male contributions.
Male may develop a feeling of discouragement due to lack of patient care in terms of female patient hand over.
Medical aspect should never contrast such discrimination for in case of physicians there seems to be no such area of restrictions.
Considering professional ethics such discrimination must be rendered ineffective and Unliable.
