a. Wal-Mart store is an multinational store which face biggest employee alligation in which company accused of discriminating against female employee. Women employee calim that walmart had violated their right of equal treatment in promotion and salary comparison to male employee. The other opinion about company is that receive fewer income and wait longer to get promotion in position in management than male employee. After that hundreds of female employee came forward to providing their received criticism, women employee were abused by mangers, but walmart says that it treats female employee fairly, walmart should recognize that if there are so many of complaint there is likely a problem and state that they take proactive measure to figure it out and that won't happen again here is how I believe that walmart should respond to their employees.

b. Walmart arguments that promotion decisions are made within range directedy by store or distric level manager.and said that they treat fairly their female employee. Walmart will eleminte the pattern or practice method of proof requiring insted that systatic discrimination cases be letigated for both liability and remedies individual by individual and store by store these arguments walmart given aginst plantiff

c. Dukes v.walmart store is important for major stakeholder in the case including American society beacuse of this case women now came forward for teir equal rights and they can fight for their rghit walmart corporate their responsibility for theirs employee to get equal rights and not face any discrimination in gender,sex,color etc. It is the responsibility of the corporate to outcome with solution from these discrimination
