· The internationalizing of the business. The people of all sections have to move out with the business to establish them abroad.

· Multifaceted approach to expatriate retention in the international business. With international expansion many employees has to be international to commit to their business responsibilities.

· Expatriation with compensation to motivate employee for expatriation. People can be motivated for a god payment to travel abroad.

· Expatriation for performance management to enable all employees to perform in the business. The people can be sent from one market to another to develop multiple skills for the future leader. Similarly all should get the equal chance in business of international nature so that may get expatriation to get the needed skills at one time.
