Millennials nurses are found to be often engaged in virtual world than with people. They are often found to be only interested in providing medication administration and not in basic care. Most millennials are not interested in furthering their carriers and found to be switching carriers any time. At times they donot seems to be focused on getting more education, instead they just wanted to do less work.
