My preferred style of leadership
is
Transformational leadership and the reason is here the leaders
behaviour influence the team members to perform beyond their
perceived capabilities and it also inspired them to achieve the
remarkable results . it helps standard professional nursing care to
the people of all ages in the best possible manner.

Role of nurse manager:
1) Manage
changing healthcare settings: nurse manager required to be flexible
and broad minded to make a collaboration with newly arising
challenges and emerging trends in healthcare settings.
2) manage resources' wisely the nurse manager must quickly
determine to utilise the resources in health care settings with the
resources available within the time frame.
3)quality care: the nurse manager is constantly considered with the
quality of care that is being delivered on her unit
4) establishes the objectives and goals: should develop
cohesiveness and delineates objective s and goals
5) organise analysis and divide work: the nurse manager organises
analysis and evaluates the daily activities and make sound
decisions about dividing work
6) develop people, including self: the nurse manager conducts staff
development and various education programs, in order to help new
nurses or employees to meet their uh own professional development
and the skills that are to be applied are : appropriate division of
working according to the capabilities of staff, proper
communication and motivation in providing the directions and
stressing the importance of being a good team player , appraisal to
the staff members for their performances.

Millennials nurses are found to be of an
engaged in virtual world than with people. they are often found to
be only interested in providing the medication administration or
not in basic care most of the millennials are not interested in
furthering their careers and found to be switching the carriers
anytime at times they do not seems to be focused on getting more
education instead they just wanted to do less work . the advent of
technology had opened so many opportunities and career options but
millennials are not utilising it properly they definitely have
greater opportunities in establishing the patient-centered quality
care.
