A project evaluation is done in order to understand the impact of the project in the organization and if the project is profitable in this context or not. The items to be considered while evaluating a project are:
1. Review the goals and objective of the project
2. Collect information regarding the achievements of the project
3. Financial and non financial achievements of the project
4. Development of the organization with respect to the project
The project report possess issues which was experienced during the tenure of the project and such issues are noted down so that it can be looker after or considered in the future as well. I believe that the project report is like the manuscript containing even the minute details of the project that is used and present.
