Describe several project evaluation criteria

Project evaluation criteria are usally differs for each organizations because of the people who defined them and  of the people's choice of reviewing the project. I am listing out some common of them here :

(i) Project Costs : This is the plan to check whether the project is budget constraint or not.

(ii) Bottom up approach : It states and acknowledges the system information for solving organizational problems.

(iii)  Consistency with Statewide Transportation Plan : It checks whether the project is meeting all the requirements of the Statewide Transportation system.

(iv) Competitive Strategy : This is the another project evaluation criteria which observes the Objectives / Motives statements of the organization.
