3. How do you feel about the 80/20 rule?

The 80-20 rule, also known as the Pareto Principle, is an aphorism which asserts that 80% of outcomes (or outputs) result from 20% of all causes (or inputs) for any given event. In business, a goal of the 80-20 rule is to identify inputs that are potentially the most productive and make them the priority. For instance, once managers identify factors that are critical to their company's success, they should give those factors the most focus.

Although the 80-20 axiom is frequently used in business and economics, you can apply the concept to any field—such as wealth distribution, personal finance, spending habits, and even infidelity in personal relationships.

4. What is the difference between fasting, anorexia and bulimia nervosa?

1.Fasting may have tremendously positive mental, spiritual, emotional, and health benefits when performed correctly. There are nomadic rumblings of probable relations between anorexia and fasting.

2.Nevertheless, when a person looks more closely, it is probable to notice that anorexia extends beyond fasting.

3.Moreover, fasting and anorexia look as if they go hand in hand. More often than not, binge eating happens subsequently to several days with no food.

4.You should drink fresh fruit juices as a substitute for colas,;eat fresh fruits as an alternative to junk foods, and maintain a healthy lifestyle rather than engaging in an anorexic diet. Proper fasting may be the key for the weight reduction that you have wanted all your life.

5.Anorexia commonly destroys your relationships with others. You must get your center of attention on various things aside from yourself. Whereas fasting can improve your self-worth and your state of health at the same time.

Anorexia can cause a person to:

  • lose weight rapidly
  • avoid meals
  • eat very little at meals
  • try to hide how much they eat
  • have brittle hair and nails
  • fixate on their weight
  • develop anemia
  • have constipation
  • experience weakness
  • experience fainting and fatigue
  • stop menstruating, which doctors call amenorrhea
  • develop infertility
  • experience organ failure

Some signs and symptoms of bulimia include:

  • frequent overeating
  • eating in secret
  • disappearing after meals
  • having a swollen throat or neck
  • developing acid reflux
  • having oral health problems, such as tooth loss or broken teeth
  • experiencing severe dehydration
  • having electrolyte imbalances, which can cause health problems

5. List 3 sources of Omega 3 fatty acid.

Omega-3s are found naturally in some foods and are added to some fortified foods. You can get adequate amounts of omega-3s by eating a variety of foods, including the following:

  • Fish and other seafood (especially cold-water fatty fish, such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring, and sardines)
  • Nuts and seeds (such as flaxseed, chia seeds, and walnuts)
  • Plant oils (such as flaxseed oil, soybean oil, and canola oil)
  • Fortified foods (such as certain brands of eggs, yogurt, juices, milk, soy beverages, and infant formulas)
