Staffing is the branch of the management that's focused on the current workforce and future estimated for timely filling the vacant seat of the business. Any deficiency in the workforce may create the chance of failing in timely delivery to the customer. In other words, we can say that staffing is the process of setting the right person at the right place at the right time to take it to advantage.
