The film ''Unnatural Causes- In Sickness and In Wealth'', explores a deeper understanding of how health conditions of the population have social conditions as its major cause. In the particular episode of the series, 'In Sickness and in Wealth', it reveals the underlying disparities that are often a product of social rather than natural. These are the disparities that make a population face disadvantages in securing a proper health benefit and to live a healthy life. The three disparities that we come to realise from the film is that, class inequality, economic inequality and racial inequality. Set in a Louisville, Kentucky, the film put into perspective of how there is a pattern affecting the proper access to health by the section of the population living in the area. Of the three disparity which is class, economic and race, for me, class inequality or the disparities between classes seem to affect me. Certain individuals from particular classes are more privilege to make their dreams fulfilled while belonging to a specific class can discourage participating in whatever activities one's wish to. In that sense, class disparities would mean the unequal access to opportunities which is available.
