Using Louis Vuitton as your chosen brand;
Identify THREE public relations tools that the brand utilizes to improve consumer’s awareness and attitudes toward the brand. Document under each tool what activity or content is provided, using an example from the brand for each.
Louis Vuitton is a leading brand. It is basically a Paris based company. The company is named after its founder Louis Vuitton. He started his first store in 1854 at Paris. Sooner it started its next store in London in the year 1855 and then on it went through many ways and still todays it has maintained its position in market. The consumer market of Louis consists of both men and women. Its products varies from handbags of various types , cosmetcics, men's essentials etc. It also targets audience from age group of 22 till 65 so, in a sense they have strategized in such a way that demographically they covers most of the people around and turn them into their customers.
Three tools the company uses to make consumers aware are :
a) Reaching larger audience : The company uses mass marketing strategy to reach the consumer at a larger level. For example: Handbags advertisement using mass marketing, the advertisement is made via malls, brand shops etc.
b) Reaching out through fashion magazines: Louis advertises through big brand's magazines like vogue etc. Example : Advertises bags and cosmetcic through magazines big picture is provided and attractive offers for loyal customers.
c) Billboards : The company also uses billboards and big hoardings to make aware its consumers about the wide range of products. Example : Setting big billboards beside the roadways with attractive images and brand ambassadors so that it attracts audience and makes them aware even if new products are launched.
