Solutions

Expert Solution

Being the director of the marketing for your company, the benchmarks I would like to use to evaluate if the PR manager is able to perform his/her job as per the standards and objectives are:

1. The communication effectivity: The first important consideration that would help us to monitor if the PR is able to perform the job as per the standards, make sure the communication is as effective as it is mentioned in the objectives. The PR should be able to communicate and understand the marketing strategies of the company and should be able to deliver the same to the customers for better growth and performance.

2. The incremental marketing changes: Another important consideration is the incremental marketing changes. Make sure your PR is able to create an effect in the marketing changes by understanding the marketing strategies, able to reach the customers, handling their problems, managing the customer related events to make sure the marketing is done and effectively increased.

3. Customers Reactions: At last, the customers should be able to relate and maintain their relations as per the company's objectives and norms. The PR's main duty is to communicate and maintain a balance and healthy relation with the public which would be checked by us as the director to make sure the marketing is done as per the requirements.
