This organisation is very popular bin Maharashtra and getting popular bin India. It has got many world wide awards for social work done for tribe. The leader is the powerful one and also has created many followers. They have opened a good hospital for the tribe. There is one animal orphanage which is popular as well school and computer lab for children.
Weaknesses,- There are no advanced medical devices. The school is lacking fund
Threats there are various govt opposition taken for the new land they have acquired or the animal orphanage that they have started. Govt is not seeing it from point of view of a social worker.
Opportunities - It can also start many other colleges or creative programs for communities. It can also start work at other tribal areas in India.
